Hey, is anyone out there old enough to remember the old show Unsolved Mysteries? I think there’s a new version of it airing on cable now, but I’m talking to old school early 1990’s version hosted by Robert Stack (extra geek points: he was the voice of Ultra Magnus in Transformers The Movie).

Anyhow, sometimes they’d rerun an old story and when it ended, they’d cut it with… UPDATE!, and – you guessed it – update the story with more current information.

Okay, I don’t really know what all that was about (my early 90’s flashbacks occur at the most inconvenient times!). If you’ve noticed, things have been changing a little around here. I updated WordPress and installed a new theme. I customized said theme a little, then found out it made visitors using Firefox sad, because it didn’t display properly. I have since installed yet another theme that appears to work better, and has many more cool, customizable features for me to mess up. I still need to do a little more customization, such as make things into my favourite ugly orange colour.

Anyhow, I hope you like the (hopefully) improvements, and please send any advice to me via email. I’m a pretty smart fellow, but can get impatient, so if anyone knows how to pimp out WordPress to look less bloggy and more magazine-style, I’d love to accept your help.

That said, I had a great birthday, and would like to thank everyone for their kind words and well-wishes. I forgot how many great and wonderful friends I have out there in the real world, even if I haven’t been in the ring for a while. I’m still working on a few projects that I am proud of that I hope you will all enjoy when they see the light of day. In the meantime, I may be adding a few new You Tube videos right here on the blog soon, so stay tuned for those.

Have fun, everyone! Oh, and to my American friends, have a great Thanksgiving. And to my wonderful Mrs. Firestorm, have a great birthday!
